Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is run by Karma Technologies International Ltd (Karma), the creator of Karma Cashback. Karma’s address is 167 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 1AW and any correspondence relating to this promotion should be addressed to karmavouchers@getkarma.co.uk 

2. The Promotion is open to all existing Karma Cashback app users.

 

Eligibility to enter

3. The user must share the app download link to their contacts and make them download and register to Karma Cashback successfully.

4. The user can refer as many as they want but will only be qualified for the rewards after 10 successful referrals.

5. A maximum of 50 successful referrals will be counted for this promotion.

6. The referred user must fill out this form for entry verification. https://www.getkarma.co.uk/cashbackreferral

7. The referred user must fill out the entry verification form with their and the referrer's legal names. 

8. Fake accounts and duplicate member accounts will be disqualified from the promo.

9. Only one form submission per referred user will be counted.

10. Any successful referral that wasn’t entered into the form will not be counted.

Promotion details

11. The Promotion will give the referrer and every referred user a £5 Sainsbury’s voucher each that can be used in-store or online only after ten (10) successful referrals.

12. A successful referral is hereon defined as a referred user who has downloaded the app and completed the account registration process.

13. A maximum of 50 successful referrals equivalent to £250 will be counted and rewarded for a single user under this promotion.

14. The £5 voucher will be credited by 30th December 2021.

15. The credit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

16. The promotional campaign will run from the 14th-21st of December 2021.

17. Karma Vouchers and Karma reserve the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

18. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
